Return & Shipping Rituals
- How do I start a return? Email us with your order number and a photo of the item.
- What is the return window? For damaged or broken items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For all other items, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
- Can I return opened tea or salts? For safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed wellness products.

How do I care for my Thermo Glass Mugs?
Our double-walled glass is designed to keep your rituals warm while staying cool to the touch. To maintain the integrity of the vacuum seal, we recommend gentle hand-washing. Avoid using metal spoons roughly against the inner wall.
Is the Copper Tongue Scraper dishwasher safe?
Copper is naturally antimicrobial, making it a perfect ritual tool. To keep it shining, we recommend hand-washing with warm water and drying it immediately. If it tarnishes over time (a natural process for pure copper), a simple rub with a bit of lemon and salt will restore its original glow.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
To get your ritual essentials to you as quickly as possible, we ship items directly from our specialist partners as soon as they are ready. If you ordered a glass mug and a wellness tea, they may arrive a few days apart. Don’t worry—shipping is always free on every package!
