Our Commitment We want your ritual to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

The Return Process To start a return, please contact us at shopdailyritual@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Because we curate our collection from boutique wellness partners, items must be returned to the specific supplier's warehouse in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that unless the item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the artisan's studio.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened teas, salts, or skincare products.
  • Refunds: Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cancellation: Because payment processors no longer refund transaction fees to merchants upon cancellation, all customer-requested order cancellations or returns will be refunded minus a 3% payment processing fee.
