Returns & Rituals
Our Commitment
We want your ritual to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged or Broken Items
Fragile items like our Thermo Glass Mugs require special care. If an item arrives broken:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopdailyritual.net.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.p
- Our Solution: Once verified, we will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
The Return Process
For all other return inquiries, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Unopened Items: We accept returns on non-wellness items (glassware, candles) provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
- Wellness Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used teas, salts, or oral care products.
- Shipping Costs: As we provide free shipping on all initial orders, the cost of return shipping to our supplier's warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
